Hammady Chérif Bah, a Guinean journalist trained in France, returned to his country, specifically to Mamou, the epicentre of « irregular emigration » in Guinea, to meet returned migrants.
Having left secretly in search of a better future, these unfortunate immigration candidates, known as “returnees”, are now living a new life far from the illusion of a European eldorado.
These young Guineans are fighting relentlessly for the development of their country, combining resilience and solidarity.
